Each individual may maintain only one active phmery account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure. In the event of duplicate accounts, phmery reserves the right to void all bets placed and forfeit all balances associated with the duplicate account(s).
All financial transactions on phmery are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phmery supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit card transactions.
The minimum deposit amount on phmery is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your phmery account within minutes of a successful transaction, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. phmery does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

In no event shall phmery's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmery account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
